Push-on Fitting with SC 18 – Bronze, Polished

The push-on fitting from the Sanpress SC-Contur system is a connecting element for two copper pipes with an outer diameter of 18 mm. Designed for installation without a torch, it enables quick and safe connections in heating and water supply circuits – both during modernizations and in new installations.

It features built-in EPDM rubber seals that ensure tightness at pressures up to 16 bar at a temperature of 20°C. The seals are durable, resistant to water and temperature variations, and their internal positioning within the fitting eliminates the risk of damage during installation.

The one-piece construction with a sliding connector allows for easy adaptation to pipes – precise cutting of pipe ends is not required. Installation is performed using a specialized crimping tool, eliminating the need for soldering and reducing labor time. No additional pipe surface cleaning is required before installation – proper preparation is sufficient.

The fitting surface is made of bronze, polished – there is no additional protective coating or treatment. This means there is no chrome or lacquer layer that could peel off; the material is consistent throughout, ensuring stability and longevity in humid conditions.

It does not include a drain valve or air vent – it is a pure connecting element. The length is 80 mm, providing sufficient crimping surface for a stable connection.

It operates in systems with copper pipes of 18 mm diameter – ideal for replacing old soldered joints with modern, safe, and quick connections. Used by installers in both single-family and multi-family buildings.

Important note: This is not a component for "dry" installation. Always use the appropriate crimping tool – otherwise, the connection will not be tight.
