Crimp Push-on Coupling, 42 mm, brown

Coupling designed for joining pipes with an outer diameter of 42 mm, without the need to rotate or shift the pipe after installation. Both sides are equipped with crimp connections – simply insert the pipes and crimp them using the appropriate tool. No welding, brazing, or threading required.

EPDM rubber seals ensure hermetic tightness even at pressures up to 16 bar at 20°C. This material is resistant to water, vapors, and most chemicals used in sanitary installations – it does not degrade under the influence of heat or prolonged contact with water.

One-piece construction, without additional elements such as valves or air vents. The coupling surface is not covered with any protective layers – it remains in its raw state, which facilitates material identification and eliminates the risk of coating damage during installation.

Coupling length is 120 mm – sufficient to ensure a stable connection with standard pipe spacing. The brown color (or silicon brown) does not affect functionality but helps distinguish the material type during inspection or maintenance.

Installation is fast and repeatable. No special skills required – only a Sanpress system crimping tool is needed. There is no need to clean the pipe surfaces before installation – the EPDM seal independently compensates for minor irregularities.

Intended for district heating and water supply systems where connection reliability and durability are required. Not suitable for gas installations or for high-pressure applications exceeding 16 bar.
