Tee with crimped connections and tapered thread

The component is made of bronze, featuring three connections: two SC-Contur compression sleeves and one tapered external thread R 3/4". All surfaces are in a raw state – without additional coatings, paints, or coverings. This means that assembly is performed directly on the raw metal surface, which is typical for Sanpress systems.

All seals are made of EPDM rubber – a material resistant to temperatures from -25°C to 110°C and to potable water and steam. The seals are integrated into the compression sleeves and are not added separately – they ensure tightness when crimped using a pressing tool. There is no need to use additional seals or pastes.

The working pressure is up to 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for most water supply and heating installations in residential and commercial buildings. The medium temperature can reach up to 110°C, allowing use in heating systems with high supply temperatures.

The crimped connections have a working length of approximately 24.5 mm – this means the pipe must be inserted into the sleeve to this depth for the crimping to be effective. The R 3/4" thread is a standard tapered thread (ISO 7-1), compatible with most fittings and valves available on the market.

Installation requires only a pressing tool – no soldering, gluing, or screws are needed. This speeds up the installer's work and eliminates the risk of errors associated with soldering. All components meet DVGW and KIWA requirements for potable water – they are certified for use in drinking water supply systems.

There are no additional features here: no air vent, no option to drain water through a side connection, no thermal insulation. It is a simple, solid tee – without unnecessary elements, but also without compromises in quality.
