Double connector with compression couplings, 42 mm – bronze, raw state

Double connector designed to join two pipes with an outer diameter of 42 mm, without the need for threading. Both sides are equipped with compression couplings with the SC-Contur system, enabling quick and reliable connection using presses. Seals made of EPDM ensure tightness even at high pressures – maximum operating pressure is 16 bar at 20°C, and operating temperature can reach 110°C.

The connection is one-piece, without a drain valve or air vent. All sealing elements are made of the same material – EPDM – which guarantees consistency and durability of the seal under various conditions. The protective nut is made of brass, which enhances its corrosion resistance and facilitates manual assembly.

Application: ideal for district heating systems and potable water installations where a connection between two pipes of the same diameter is required without changing the flow direction. It operates correctly under both constant and cyclic thermal loads.

No additional surface treatment is required – the raw state of bronze (silicon bronze) is sufficient for operation in closed systems. It is not intended for installation on aluminum or plastic pipes – only on copper pipes.

Total length: 121 mm. It has no thread – it cannot be used as an adapter between threaded and compression components. It is a pure "pipe-to-pipe" connection.
