This 12V 140Ah gel battery from the VPRO SOLAR series is a reliable power source, designed for photovoltaic systems, vehicles exposed to shocks, and applications requiring cyclic operation. Its construction based on gelled electrolyte provides exceptional durability and resistance to deep discharges, offering a significantly longer service life than traditional AGM batteries – up to 12 years in buffer mode at 25°C.

Construction and safety

GEL batteries have a similar construction to AGM, but the use of gelled electrolyte minimizes the risk of leakage. In addition, it is equipped with an automatic sealing system with pressure relief valves that vent gases generated during overcharging, protecting the battery from damage. The housing made of durable ABS material and copper cells guarantee solidity and reliability.
