The sinusPRO 2000 E 12V UPS is a versatile device that provides uninterrupted power in the event of a power failure. It is suitable for both home installations – protecting central heating boilers, pumps, controllers – and more demanding applications, such as powering servers, computer sets or automatic gates. Its versatility will be appreciated by both professionals and end users.

Functions and application

The device combines several key functions: a DC/AC converter generating a clean sinusoidal waveform, an UPS switch, a network battery charger (rectifier) and a network voltage stabilizer (AVR). Thanks to this, it not only protects against power outages, but also stabilizes the voltage and protects connected devices from damage. The clean sine wave at the output allows for safe powering of inductive devices – power tools, compressors or air conditioners.

Construction and compatibility

The sinusPRO 2000 E 12V power supply is a "line-interactive" type device, which means that it can reverse the voltage polarity at the output when switching to battery power. It is important to use dedicated AGM/Gel lead-acid batteries designed for buffer or cyclic operation. It is not recommended to use car batteries or LiFePO4 batteries, due to their different charging and discharging characteristics – for the latter, the Sinus PRO ULTRA series from VOLT Polska is recommended. The device has dimensions of 220 x 335 x 230 mm and weighs 12.5 kg. The instantaneous power is 2000 VA and the continuous power is 1250W.
