The VOLCANO VR MINI3 EC water heater is an advanced device designed for heating various spaces – from workshops and warehouses to shops and production halls. It performs particularly well in systems cooperating with heat pumps, offering efficient operation at low heating medium temperatures. Its compact dimensions (530 x 530 mm) allow for easy installation even in limited spaces.

Performance and energy efficiency

The device is characterized by a heating power in the range of 4-27 kW and an air flow rate of up to 2000 m³/h. Equipped with an energy-saving EC motor with stepless speed control, it allows for significant reduction of operating costs – up to 40% compared to traditional solutions. The EC motor also enables direct connection to the BMS (Building Management System), which facilitates integration with intelligent building management systems. The three-row heat exchanger ensures high heat exchange efficiency, and its construction is particularly well suited for cooperation with heat pumps.

Construction and durability

The heater housing is made of high-quality ABS plastic with the addition of anti-UV pigments, which guarantees color durability and resistance to mechanical damage and high temperatures. Precise fitting of elements thanks to the patented SMART LOCK system ensures the solidity of the construction. Additionally, the universal design of the device makes it perfectly fit into various interior arrangements. The package includes a mounting console to facilitate installation.

Versatility of application and additional functions

The VOLCANO VR MINI3 EC heater is not only efficient heating, but also the possibility of cooling – an optional drip tray is available for draining condensate during operation in cooling mode. The device can be controlled manually (stepless EC motor speed control) or automatically using dedicated controllers (EC potentiometer or VOLCANO EC controller with work schedule programming). The ability to individually adjust the air outlet vanes allows for precise control of the air flow.
