The terminal is designed to operate in potentially explosive atmospheres (Ex e II), making it an excellent choice for industry, construction and other demanding applications. The ability to label on the side and in the middle facilitates circuit identification and ensures installation clarity. Compatibility with TS 35 x 15 and 35 x 7.5 rails increases mounting flexibility.

The terminal accepts stranded wires with a ferrule with a cross-section of 0.75 to 1.5 mm², solid wires from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² and multi-stranded wires from 0.25 to 1.5 mm². Made of high-quality thermoplastic material with flammability class V0 guarantees safe use even in extreme conditions. Rated current of 18 A and rated voltage of 800 V ensure stable and reliable operation of the installation.

Design and mounting

Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology enables tool-free wire connection, which significantly speeds up the installation process and minimizes the risk of errors. A required closing plate further secures the connection against accidental opening. Compact dimensions (4.2 mm width, 48.5 mm height and 32.9 mm depth) allow for optimal use of space in electrical panels. The terminal has two terminals per level, allowing you to connect two wires simultaneously. The Ex-e explosion-proof design has been confirmed, providing confidence in compliance with applicable safety standards.
