This two-conductor through-terminal block, designed for TS 35 x 15 and 35 x 7.5 rails, is a robust solution for electrical installations requiring high reliability and safety. Design and application in harsh conditions

The terminal block is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Ex e II), confirming its safety and compliance with standards. The Ex e II marking guarantees that the product meets the stringent requirements for explosion protection in industrial environments. The marking placed on both the side and in the middle facilitates identification and cable organization. The width of the terminal block is 6.2 mm, and its dimensions (52.3 mm high and 32.9 mm deep) allow for efficient use of space in switchgear cabinets.

Safety and electrical parameters

The terminal block features high electrical parameters – a rated voltage of up to 800 V and a rated current of 32 A. Insulation material of class V0 provides fire resistance and minimizes the risk of flame propagation in the event of a failure. A required closing plate further increases safety. Spring clamps (Push-in CAGE CLAMP®) ensure a stable electrical connection, minimizing the risk of wires loosening due to vibration or temperature changes (operating range: 105°C).
