Construction and connection system
The housing made of thermoplastic material provides excellent mechanical and chemical resistance as well as a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The Push-in CAGE CLAMP® system guarantees fast and reliable wire installation without the need for tools - simply insert the stripped wire until resistance is felt.
The terminal block supports wires with cross-sections of:
- Solid: from 0.75 mm²
- Stranded without ferrules: from 0.25 mm²
- Stranded with ferrules: from 0.75 mm²
- Multi-core: from 0.25 mm²
The stripping length is 10-12 mm, which ensures optimal electrical contact while maintaining insulation safety.
Operating parameters and compatibility
The device operates at temperatures up to 105°C at a rated voltage of 500V. The rated current is 24A, making it suitable for most industrial applications.
