Universal through-terminal block for DIN rails

This two-tier through-terminal block, in blue, is designed for reliable connection of wires in electrical installations. Designed for mounting on standard TS 35 x 15 and 35 x 7.5 mm rails, it offers flexibility and easy integration with existing systems. The use of Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology significantly simplifies and speeds up the wiring process, eliminating the need for tools in many cases.

Safety and application range

The terminal block meets the requirements of Ex e II and Ex i standards, making it suitable for operation in potentially explosive environments. Made of thermoplastic material with flammability class V0 (according to UL94), it provides a high level of safety. It can be used with solid wires with a cross-section of 0.25 to 4 mm², stranded wires with ferrules (0.75…2.5 mm²) and without ferrules (0.25…4 mm²), as well as multi-stranded wires in the same cross-section range. The rated current of 23A guarantees stable operation even under higher load.

Design and functionality

The terminal block has two connection levels, each with two spring-loaded terminals. The lack of internal bridges between floors allows independent connection of individual circuits. Built-in buttons facilitate wire disconnection, which is particularly useful during servicing or modification of the installation. A wide operating temperature range (-60…105 °C) allows its use in various environmental conditions. The rated voltage is 500V.
