The 2002-1307 terminal block is an advanced solution for installations requiring the highest safety standards in potentially explosive environments. This 3-wire PE terminal block with a cross-section of 2,5 mm² utilizes patented Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology, ensuring fast and reliable installation without the need for tools.

Connection technology and design

At the heart of the product is the Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology, which allows for the direct insertion of solid conductors with a cross-section of 0,75-4 mm² and fine-stranded conductors of 0,25-4 mm² without using tools. For fine-stranded conductors with ferrule ends, it supports a range of 0,75-2,5 mm², and for multi-wire conductors, 0,25-2,5 mm².

The housing made of thermoplastic material provides excellent insulation and mechanical resistance while maintaining a flammability rating of UL94 V0. The terminal block requires a conductor stripping length of 10-12 mm, which guarantees optimal electrical contact. Compact dimensions (width 5,2 mm, height 59,2 mm, depth 32,9 mm) allow for dense packing on the mounting rail.

Safety and certification

The product meets the requirements for Ex e II applications (explosive gas zones), holding certificates confirming its ability to operate in environments with an increased risk of explosion. Compliance with standards guarantees the highest level of electrical safety.

The PEN (Protective Earth + Neutral) function enables the creation of grounding systems with the possibility of separating the protective and neutral functions according to the installation needs.

Application and compatibility

The terminal block is designed for mounting on standard DIN TH35 rails (35×15 mm and 35×7,5 mm), making it compatible with most industrial switchboards and building electrical installations. The marking system allows for identification from both the side and the center - crucial for proper installation organization.

The operating temperature is exactly 105°C, and the operating temperature range is from -60°C to +105°C; combined with resistance to environmental conditions, this makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
