Construction and functionality
The terminal is made of high-quality thermoplastic, guaranteeing its durability and resistance to mechanical damage. It has three potentials (N, L, PE) and a built-in N slider link, facilitating circuit division. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology ensures a secure and maintenance-free wire connection without the need for tools. The use of spring clamps eliminates the risk of connections loosening during operation. Additionally, the presence of a mounting hole increases the stability of the terminal on the DIN rail.
Application and parameters
The terminal allows connection of solid wires with a cross-section from 0.75 mm² to 4 mm² and stranded wires from 0.25 mm² to 2.5 mm². It is also possible to connect stranded wires with a ferrule (from 0.75 mm² to 2.5 mm²) or without it (from 0.25 mm² to 4 mm²). The rated current is 32 A at a rated voltage of 250 V, and the insulation material flammability class is V0, ensuring fire safety. The terminal is 5.2 mm wide and 96 mm high, allowing for efficient use of space in the distribution box. A closing plate is required for proper operation. The operating temperature range from -105°C to +105°C makes it suitable for most standard installation applications.
