Three-tier through-terminal block for DIN rails

This three-tier L/L/N through-terminal block, designed for mounting on TS 35 x 15 and 35 x 7.5 rails, is a reliable solution for connecting wires in electrical installations. Made in gray from high-quality thermoplastic, it provides durability and resistance to damage. The use of Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology simplifies and speeds up the installation of wires with a cross-section from 0.25 mm² to 4 mm², both solid and stranded with ferrules. The lack of a marker carrier allows for optimal use of space on the rail.

Safety and use in hazardous areas

The terminal block has been designed with demanding applications in mind, including potentially explosive environments. It has Ex e II certification, confirming its compliance with safety standards and enabling use in areas at risk of explosion. The Ex-e explosion-proof design is confirmed by appropriate approvals. The V0 flammability class of the insulating material further increases the level of safety.

Design and electrical parameters

The terminal block offers three connection levels, each with two spring-loaded terminals. This allows for flexible configuration of connections and adaptation to specific installation needs. The rated current In is 24 A, and the rated voltage is 500 V. A required closing plate provides additional protection against accidental contact with live wires. The width of the terminal block is 5.2 mm, the height is 93.3 mm and the depth is 81.3 mm – these dimensions allow for efficient use of space in the switchgear cabinet. Thanks to the use of Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring terminals, installation is quick and intuitive – no tools are required for solid wires with a cross-section from 0.75 mm² to 4 mm².
