BIS RapidRail hammerhead screw is a complete set for quick and secure mounting of installation elements in rail systems. Made of electrolytically galvanized steel, corrosion-resistant, designed for WM0, WM1, WM15, WM2, WM30 rails. The POM (polyoxymethylene) spring provides comfortable operation and allows for multiple adjustments of the mounting point position.

Quick mounting and adjustment

The key advantage of this screw is the ability to quickly create mounting points. Simply slide the screw into the rail, rotate it 90 degrees and tighten the clamp. This mounting method significantly reduces working time for the installer and allows for easy adaptation of the installation to changing conditions. The set includes a sliding nut with washer and spring, and a threaded pin M10 with a length of 40mm.

Durability and reliability

Electrolytically galvanized steel guarantees resistance to external factors, which translates to a long service life and reliable connection. The spring made of POM ensures stable position retention and facilitates re-adjustment without the need to disassemble the entire structure. The outer diameter of the washer is 29mm. Surface protection in the form of galvanized/electrolytic zinc provides additional corrosion protection.
