BIS RapidStrut Universal Mounting Rail System

The BIS RapidStrut 21|L rail is an element of a universal mounting rail system, designed for quick and easy mounting of various elements – clamps, pipe supports or devices. Made of galvanized steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications. The C-profile with dimensions of 41x21 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm guarantees adequate stiffness and strength of the structure.

Construction and application

The rail is characterized by a repetitive perforation, which facilitates precise mounting of elements in any location. The distance between the end of the rail and the first perforation hole is always constant, which streamlines the assembly process and ensures repeatability. Additionally, a centimeter scale is placed on the side of the rail, making accurate positioning easier. The inner edges of the rail have special notches ("teeth") that prevent the sliding nuts from moving, increasing the stability of the entire structure.
