Universal mounting rail for quick installations

The BIS RapidStrut 62|H rail is an element of a universal mounting rail system, designed for quick and easy mounting of various elements – from clamps, through supporting structures for pipelines, to devices. Made of zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The C-profile with a height of 62 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm, combined with repeatable perforation, enables precise and stable mounting. The rail length is 6 meters.

Design and application

The BIS RapidStrut rail is characterized by a well-thought-out design that facilitates assembly and ensures safety. The inner edges of the rail have special notches – “teeth” – which prevent the sliding nuts from moving, guaranteeing connection stability. In addition, the rail is equipped with a centimeter scale on the side, which facilitates precise positioning of elements. The distance between the end of the rail and the first perforation hole is always constant, which simplifies planning and implementation of installations.
