Universal wall bracket for BIS RapidRail mounting systems

This steel BIS RapidRail BUP WM35/400 wall bracket is a robust and versatile solution for the quick and easy mounting of various elements – from clamps and ventilation ducts to support structures for devices. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, as well as in environments with increased chemical aggression.

Construction and application

The bracket is made of steel coated with UltraProtect 1000 coating, which provides exceptional corrosion resistance. This allows it to be used even in harsh conditions, such as environment C4, guaranteeing minimal corrosion (up to 5% red rust) after 1000 hours of salt spray test according to ISO 9227. The wall plate is equipped with a welded mounting rail, which facilitates and speeds up the installation process. The holes in the wall plate are offset by 90 degrees and have a centimeter scale on the side – this makes precise mounting and positioning of elements easier.
