Low-noise drainage system – PP-HT AS Plus 110/30 elbow

This elbow is made of high-temperature polypropylene (PP-HT) and is designed for the construction of internal drainage systems where noise reduction is key. It is ideal for residential buildings, apartment buildings, office buildings, medical facilities, laboratories or libraries – anywhere where acoustic comfort is particularly important. The 30-degree angle makes the elbow versatile and applicable in many installation configurations.

The AS Plus elbow is characterized by high quality and durability. Made of high-density polypropylene, it provides resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The use of seals made of monomeric ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EDPM) guarantees the tightness of connections and eliminates the risk of leaks. The AS+ system is not only efficiency, but also comfort during installation.

• Sculpted spigot end: Reduces the force required to push the pipes by as much as 50% compared to the standard AS system, which translates into less strain for the installer.
• Angular markings: Allow precise positioning of the fitting at an angle to the main axis of the installation, ensuring accuracy and aesthetics of execution.
• Circumferential stiffness class SN4: Guarantees high resistance to external loads and long-term stability of the installation.
• System pipe: The elbow is an element of a comprehensive drainage system, which ensures compatibility and ease of expansion of the installation.

Thanks to the unique composition of the material and specially developed clamps reducing noise, the AS+ system achieves exceptional acoustic protection parameters – the material sound level Lsc, A is only 10 dB for a flow of 4 l/s (according to EN-14366 standard). This makes it an ideal solution for buildings with increased acoustic requirements. The maximum working pressure at maximum temperature is 0.5 bar. The nominal diameter of the connections is DN 100 and the wall thickness of the connections is 5.3 mm. The length of the elbow is 173.4 mm and the outer diameter of the connection pipe is 110 mm.
