This PP-HT AS Plus elbow with a diameter of 75/67 mm is a key element of drainage installations in residential buildings, office buildings, hospitals and other facilities where noise reduction is important. Made of high-quality polypropylene, it provides a durable and tight connection, minimizing the risk of leaks and unpleasant odors. The elbow design, with a bend angle of 67 degrees, allows for efficient drainage of wastewater, and the use of seals made of monomeric ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EDPM) guarantees long-lasting tightness.

The AS Plus elbow is distinguished by its exceptional sound-absorbing properties – both airborne and impact sound. Thanks to the unique composition of the material with high density and specially developed clamps (available separately), the AS+ system significantly reduces the noise level generated by flowing media. The impact sound level Lsc, A is only 10 dB for a flow rate of 4 l/s (according to EN-14366 standard), making it an ideal solution in buildings with increased acoustic requirements.

Easy installation and high functionality

The PP-HT AS Plus elbow is not only high quality and noise reduction, but also comfort of use for installers. It has a new, patented self-lubricating seal in blue color, which eliminates the need to use additional lubricants. The sculpted spigot end of the fitting reduces the force required for insertion by as much as 50% compared to the standard AS system. In addition, angle markings facilitate precise positioning of the fitting during installation at an angle to the main axis of the installation.

Using the PP-HT AS Plus elbow guarantees the reliability and long-term operation of the drainage system. The material of the connections – polypropylene (PP) – is characterized by resistance to high temperatures (up to 90°C in continuous flow and 95°C in momentary flow) and chemicals. The ring stiffness class SN4 ensures adequate mechanical strength. The elbow is compatible with Wavin SiTech and Wavin AS systems, allowing for flexible adaptation to individual project needs.
