Design and parameters

The AS Plus tee is characterized by a three-layer construction: the inner layer made of PP provides a smooth flow surface, the middle layer made of PP with mineral filler increases stiffness and dampens sound, and the outer layer made of PP protects against mechanical damage. The standardized dimension ratio (SDR) is 21, which ensures adequate mechanical strength while maintaining optimal wall thickness (3 mm - 3.5 mm). Seals are made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EDPM), guaranteeing a leak-proof connection for a long time. The maximum working pressure is 0.5 bar at 20°C and 2 bar at the maximum continuous operating temperature.
