Simple and quick installation without specialized tools

The PP-C compression tee allows connecting polyethylene (PE) pipes to threaded components – such as fittings, valves, or steel pipes – without the need for welding machines, heating elements, or other equipment. Installation is performed by tightening rings on both ends DN25, while the third port features an external BSPT-R 3/4" thread. All operations can be carried out manually using standard wrenches – significantly speeding up the installer's work and eliminating the need to transport heavy equipment.

Secure and reliable connection

Internal NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) seals ensure tightness even at pressures up to 16 bar at 20°C. The seals are permanently embedded in the body – no additional compression or adjustment is required. The connections are resistant to vibrations, temperature changes, and minor pipeline shifts. The black/blue (two-tone) color facilitates flow direction identification and distinguishes the component from other system parts.

Compliant with standards and suitable for potable water

Compliant with Hygienic Certificate HK/W/0550/01/2009 – suitable for use in potable water installations. The KIWA certificate confirms compliance with European requirements for pressure systems. The body and seals contain no substances harmful to health, and the PP-C material offers good chemical resistance and long-term mechanical load endurance.

Possibility of disassembly and reuse

Unlike welded joints, this tee is disassemblable. If you need to modify the installation layout or perform inspection – simply unscrew the thread and loosen the clamps. The pipe and fitting remain undamaged and can be reused without loss of tightness.
