90° Clamping Elbow for PE Pipes, DN110

This fitting is designed for connecting polyethylene pipes in pressurized systems – both water supply and sewage. It features two identical clamping connections operating on the same principle: no welding, gluing, or specialized equipment is required. Simply insert the pipe and tighten the clamp – installation takes a few seconds, and the joint is immediately leak-tight.

The internal NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) gasket ensures hermetic sealing even under temperature and pressure fluctuations. The elbow itself is made of PP-C – polypropylene with high resistance to chemicals and mechanical loads. Wall thickness is 20 mm, providing a robust structure without unnecessary mass.

The 90° angle and 330 mm length make the elbow ideal for confined spaces – no need to bend it or add extra components. The working length on each side is 108 mm – sufficient to allow the pipe to expand freely under pressure while preventing slippage from the clamp.

The clamps are universal – compatible with most standard clamping jaws available on the market. There is no need to purchase specialized tools exclusively for this component. The fitting can even be disconnected and reused – a significant advantage during renovations or system modifications.

A working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C ensures safe operation in typical pressurized water supply and sewage networks. Operating temperature is limited to 5–20°C – it is not suitable for hot water or heating systems.

The black color (with a blue cover) is standard for sewage systems, but this does not affect functionality. The KIWA certificate confirms compliance with European standards for pressurized systems.

There are no additional features – no air vent, no drain valve. This is a clean, simple elbow – and precisely because of that, it performs so well.
