Description and Application

A 90° elbow designed for connecting polyethylene (PE) pipes with a diameter of DN 25. Made of polypropylene (PP) reinforced with PP‑C, it ensures mechanical stability at a working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20 °C. Thanks to the NBR rubber seal, the connection is watertight in both water supply and drainage installations, while also being resistant to corrosion and chemical agents.

Installation and Compliance with Standards

The elbow is equipped with two clamping rings (connection 1 and 2) with a working length of 35 mm and a total length of 101 mm, ensuring even distribution of clamping forces. The outer diameter of both ends is 25 mm, and the wall thickness is 20 mm – typical parameters for system pipes of class SDR 11. Thanks to the raw surface condition, installation can begin immediately, and an additional protective cover on the second connection protects against mechanical damage during transport and installation.
