Connecting a 25 mm PE pipe to a 3/4" threaded installation (BSPP-G) is achieved in a single motion – without glue, welding, or specialized equipment. The fitting is designed for use in water supply and sewage systems where fast installation and durability are critical.

The internal thread is protected, preventing contamination during storage and transport. The NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) gasket ensures tightness even under cyclic temperature and pressure changes. The material – PP-C – is corrosion-resistant and inert to both potable water and wastewater, making it safe for residential and commercial installations.

Installation is simple: insert the PE pipe into the compression fitting until it stops, then tighten the compression nut – no additional pressing or heating is required. The connection can be disconnected and reused if necessary. This not only saves time on-site but also reduces the risk of installer error.

The 90° angle allows smooth flow direction changes without additional components. The working length on both sides is 34 mm – sufficient to ensure stability under mechanical loads. A working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C makes the fitting suitable for both water supply systems and low-temperature heating circuits.

The KIWA certificate confirms compliance with European standards for water supply systems. The black/blue color has no functional significance – it is merely a material type (PP) marking and does not affect strength or resistance.

There are no holes, valves, or air vents – this is a pure elbow. No additional post-installation processing is required. There is no need to worry about permeability – SDR 11 guarantees appropriate wall thickness while maintaining flexibility.
