Robust PVC-HT pipe for internal drainage

PVC-HT pipe with a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm is a reliable element of the drainage system, designed for the removal of sanitary wastewater in residential and commercial buildings. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), it is characterized by resistance to high temperatures – up to 95°C – which ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The gray color of the pipe gives it a discreet look, ideal for both visible mounting and built-in installations.

Wavin PVC-HT pipes are distinguished by a low roughness coefficient, which minimizes the risk of incrustation (scaling) and guarantees maintaining optimal throughput for at least 50 years. Thanks to the bevelled edges, the pipe is easy to process and install, and the connection using a push-fit fitting ensures a tight and durable connection. Construction features and application

The pipe has a pipe end / push-fit fitting connection, which allows for quick and secure installation. It is an element of the Wavin internal drainage system, which meets high quality standards confirmed by the PRiK "Good Choice" mark. This means professionalism in production, technologies used and care for the natural environment. Pipes with a diameter of 50 mm are made of PVC-U, which gives them exceptional resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

The coefficient of thermal expansion is 0.07 mm/(m.K), which should be taken into account when designing installations exposed to large temperature fluctuations. The nominal diameter of the pipe is DN 50, and the outer diameter of the fitting is 65 mm. The pipe does not have a cap or thermal insulation – it is supplied as a single element for self-assembly in the drainage system.
