PP compression reducing tee 50×40 PN16, for PE pipes, black/blue. 4027526
Compression reducing tee 50x40 mm
Fitting allows branching a pipeline from a pipe with an outer diameter of 50 mm to a pipe with an outer diameter of 40 mm at a 90° angle. Installation requires no welding, heating or special tools — simply insert the pipe and tighten the compression nut to obtain a leak‑tight joint.
Made of polypropylene (PP) with NBR seals (nitrile‑butadiene rubber), intended for pressurised water supply and sewage systems. Working pressure up to 16 bar at 20 °C — complies with requirements for drinking water and rainwater drainage.
The connections have different diameters: two ports with an outer diameter of 50 mm (DN 40) and one branch with an outer diameter of 40 mm (DN 32). The ports are not identical — this is a reducing tee, not an equal tee.
All connection surfaces are in the raw state — no additional machining is required before installation. There is no drain valve, air vent or thermal insulation. Re‑usable installation and removal are possible thanks to the flexible NBR seal and compression design.
KIWA certification confirms compliance with standards for drinking‑water conveyance systems. The fitting is part of a compression‑fitting system designed for installation on PE pipes.
