Construction and assembly

The Wavin PPR reducing tee is made of polypropylene (PP-R), which ensures its light weight and ease of processing. Assembly is carried out by welding using a specialized PP-R welding machine, which guarantees a durable and tight connection. It is important to properly prepare the pipe surfaces before welding - cleaning and degreasing. The working lengths of the connections are 20 mm for DN40 connections and 22 mm for the DN32 connection, which facilitates precise installation. The pipe wall thickness is 6.5 mm for DN40 and 5.5 mm for DN32, which affects the strength of the entire structure.
