Tigris M5 16x16 repair fitting is a reliable element used for quick and effective repair of damaged sections of pipes in water and heating systems. Made of high-quality brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term use. The fitting is compatible with multilayer PE-Xc/Al./PE, PERT/Al./PE and PERT/EVOH/PERT pipes, making it a universal solution for many installations.

Design and application

The fitting has two compression sleeve connections, which simplifies installation and eliminates the need for additional gaskets or specialized tools. Its simple design allows for easy adaptation to various installation configurations. The applications of the Tigris M5 repair fitting include:

• hot and cold domestic water installations,
• central heating systems, including underfloor heating,
• technological installations (chilled water, compressed air).

Thanks to the Acoustic Leak Alert (acoustic leak detection) and DLF (leak control function before crimping), it is possible to precisely check the tightness of the connection during the pressure test. Integrated EPDM rubber seals provide additional certainty and tightness of the connection. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar at a maximum medium temperature of 70°C. High tensile strength guarantees stability and safety of use. The fitting has a DVGW quality mark for water and a KIWA certificate, confirming its compliance with applicable standards. Additionally, the presence of a support collar increases the stability of the connection.
