The PP-HT SiTech+ pipe with a diameter of 110 mm and a length of 1000 mm is a professional component of Wavin's low-noise indoor sewage systems. Made of high-temperature polypropylene (PP-HT) in black (RAL 9005), it ensures effective wastewater drainage with minimal noise levels.

Three-layer construction and technical parameters

The pipe features a three-layer construction: the outer and inner layers are made of PP copolymer, while the core contains PP copolymer or recyclate with a mineral filler. This construction guarantees an optimal balance between strength and acoustic vibration reduction.

The product with an outer diameter of 110 mm has a wall thickness of 3.6 mm and an SN4 ring stiffness exceeding 5.5 KN/m². The thermal expansion coefficient is 0.12 mm/(m·K), and the wall roughness reaches a level of 0.02 mm. The total mass of the pipe is 1.73 kg.

Acoustic properties and temperature resistance

The SiTech+ system was developed specifically with the aim of minimizing noise in sewage installations. In accordance with the PN-EN 14366:2006 standard, it achieves a material weighted sound level of Lsc,A = 15 dB(A) at a flow rate of 4 l/s.

The pipe withstands temperatures up to 90°C under continuous flow and up to 95°C under intermittent flow. The maximum working pressure is 0.5 bar.
