WAVIN SiTech+ pipe with a diameter of 110 mm and a length of 3000 mm is an element of an internal drainage system designed for wastewater drainage in buildings. It is characterized by high resistance to loads and effective sound insulation, making it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users who value comfort and peace. Made of polypropylene (PP), this pipe ensures durability and reliable operation for years.
Construction and properties
SiTech+ pipes have a three-layer construction, combining strength and sound-absorbing properties. The outer and inner layers are made of PP copolymer, while the core is made of PP copolymer or PP recyclate with mineral filler. This construction provides a circumferential stiffness of SN4 and temperature resistance up to 90°C with continuous flow and 95°C with intermittent flow. Additionally, the pipe is chamfered, which facilitates its installation and connection with other system elements. The black color of the pipe makes it easy to identify in the installation.
Application and benefits
The WAVIN SiTech+ system is particularly recommended for buildings with increased acoustic requirements, such as hotels, apartment buildings, hospitals, or laboratories. Thanks to its sound-absorbing properties, it reduces the noise of flowing wastewater to a level of 15 dB(A) at a flow rate of 4 l/s (according to PN-EN 14366:2006). The 110 mm diameter pipe is suitable for draining wastewater from sinks, showers, bathtubs, and other sanitary appliances. The ability to connect to other Wavin internal drainage systems via appropriate transition fittings increases the flexibility of the installation. The pipe wall thickness is 3.6 mm and the outer diameter is 110 mm. The standardized dimension ratio (SDR) is 33. The maximum working pressure at maximum temperature is 0.5 bar.
