Sitech Plus PP-HT Pipe – Quiet Internal Drainage

Sitech Plus 160x1000 pipe is an element of a low-noise internal drainage system, designed for the removal of sanitary sewage. Made of polypropylene (PP), it is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Its three-layer construction – with an outer and inner layer of PP copolymer and a core of PP copolymer or recyclate – ensures durability and reliability.

Construction and properties

Sitech Plus pipe stands out from traditional solutions primarily due to the reduction of noise from flowing wastewater. This was achieved thanks to a special wall construction and the materials used. The SN4 circumferential stiffness class guarantees resistance to loads, and the wall thickness of 5 mm provides adequate sound insulation. In addition, the pipe has a chamfered end, which facilitates its connection to other system elements.

Application and installation

Sitech Plus pipe is ideal for installation in residential buildings, public utility buildings, and commercial facilities. It is designed for creating vertical and horizontal sections of internal drainage, where noise reduction is important. Installation is carried out using push-fit sleeves, which ensures tightness and ease of installation. The coefficient of thermal expansion is 0.12 mm/(m·K), which should be taken into account when designing the installation, especially on longer sections. The nominal pipe diameter is DN 150, and the outer diameter of the socket is 169 mm.
