The PVC-HT 75x75/67 Tee is a key component of internal sewage installations, specifically designed for discharging sanitary wastewater in residential and commercial buildings. The 67° angle element enables optimal routing of sewage pipes while maintaining the high hydraulic efficiency of the entire installation.

The product belongs to the Wavin internal sewage system, which is characterized by a moderate level of generated noise. Thanks to the use of HT (High Temperature) technology, the element withstands high temperatures up to 75°C, making it an ideal solution for installations exposed to contact with hot media.

Materials and technical parameters

The Tee is made of PVC-U (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) in an ash color, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and excellent compatibility with other system elements. The material is characterized by a lower roughness coefficient compared to PP, which translates to better hydraulic properties and resistance to incrustation.

The design is based on a nominal diameter DN 65 for all connections with an outer diameter of 75 mm. The SN8 ring stiffness class guarantees the appropriate mechanical strength of the installation. The system uses seals made of SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber), and the wall thickness is 1 mm for all connections, providing an optimal balance between strength and flexibility.

The system ensures a minimum 50-year service life while maintaining full functionality throughout the entire period of operation.

Installation and system compatibility

The element is equipped with a rubber lip seal coated with a silicone-based lubricant, which guarantees easy and fast installation without the need for additional tools or adhesives. Push-fit connections ensure tightness and ease of disassembly in case of installation modernization.

Connection capability is realized through spigot/socket joints, reducing fittings, or directly with system pipes with a diameter of ø 32-110mm. The element is part of a rich range of fittings produced from both PP-HT and PVC-HT.

The element is designed for operation in temperatures from 1°C to 75°C at a working pressure of up to 0 bar, making it suitable for standard sewage installations without overpressure.
