Construction and materials – a guarantee of longevity

The connection consists of a L360 NE/L360 NB steel pipe, surrounded by a layer of polyethylene insulation at least 2 mm thick. This design provides anti-corrosion protection for at least 50 years and electrical breakdown resistance up to 25,000 V. The PE100 RC pipe has a certificate of conformity with PAS 1075 standard, confirming its high quality and safety. Additional protection in the form of a CANUSA heat-shrinkable tube increases the tightness and durability of the connection.

The PE pipe with a diameter of 25 mm and orange color is made of high-quality polyethylene with an SDR 11 coefficient. The steel part of the connection has a wall thickness of 3.6 mm and is protected against corrosion by an anti-corrosion primer and a 3LPE coating. The whole ensures resistance to weathering and biological corrosion.

The connection is equipped with a DN15 valve, which facilitates connection to the existing gas installation. The length of the connection is 1500 mm, and the steel part is 3000 mm long, allowing it to be adapted to various installation conditions. The possibility of choosing terminations (thread, valve, half coupling, flange) further increases the flexibility of application.
