Construction and design features
The pump has been designed with easy installation and maintenance in mind. The housing made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) ensures strength and pressure resistance (maximum working pressure 10 bar). The impeller made of polypropylene (PP-GF) is characterized by high chemical and mechanical resistance. The shaft made of stainless steel (1.4021) ensures durability and reliable operation of the pump. The mechanical seal with forced circulation eliminates the risk of leaks and ensures a long service life of the device. Flanged connections DN40 facilitate connection to pipelines. The standard IE3 class motor provides high energy efficiency, and its power of 2.2 kW allows achieving a capacity of up to 32.6 m³/h with a head of up to 21.91 m.
