Automatic pump operation control – Wilo HiControl 1

Wilo HiControl 1 is an electronic control and regulation system designed to work with clean water pumps, enabling their automatic operation. The device protects the pump from running dry and from too low a flow rate, which translates to a longer lifespan and reliability of the installation. Thanks to the integrated flow and pressure sensor, HiControl 1 automatically turns the pump on and off depending on the water demand, maintaining constant pressure in the installation.

HiControl 1 is an ideal solution for both domestic water installations and professional applications, such as garden irrigation systems or water supply for farm buildings. The device automatically starts the pump when the valve is opened, and then turns it off when the flow drops below a certain threshold (95 l/h). The built-in internal tank minimizes water hammer and prevents frequent pump on/off cycles.

The device is particularly recommended for use with single-phase pumps with a power of up to 10A (maximum 1.1 kW). The EK version also has a power cable with a socket, which facilitates quick installation.
