Intelligent pump control with Wilo-EC-L-2x12A-DOL-MT34-WM-EMS
This advanced control unit is designed for efficient management of two submersible pumps. The microcontroller-based design allows for precise control based on liquid level, utilizing both analog signals (4-20 mA) and digital signals from float switches. The device is ideal for use in drainage and filling systems, offering flexibility and reliable operation.
Functionality and versatility
Wilo-EC-L-2x12A-DOL-MT34-WM-EMS offers two main operating modes: "Drainage" - dedicated to sewage wells and "Filling" - designed for water tanks and cisterns. The implemented protections, such as motor thermal control, overload protection and periodic pump start function, ensure long-term and trouble-free operation. Additionally, the device has an automatic pump switching function, optimizing their operating time and increasing the efficiency of the entire system.
Safety and diagnostics
The device provides comprehensive protection of the installation. A built-in high-level alarm with forced pump activation and dry-run protection minimize the risk of damage. Memory for 10 failure messages with information about the type of failure facilitates quick diagnosis and repair. The LCD display and LEDs inform about the current operating status, operating data and any failures. Remote access via ModBus allows integration with building monitoring and control systems.
Installation and technical parameters
The device is enclosed in a durable polycarbonate housing resistant to UV radiation, ensuring its durability even in harsh environmental conditions. The IP54 protection class guarantees resistance to the ingress of solids and water. The device is adapted to cooperate with pumps with a maximum power of 4 kW (per pump) and a maximum rated current of 12 A (per pump). The power supply can be single-phase (220-230 V) or three-phase (380-400 V) at a frequency of 50/60 Hz.
