Wilo-Stratos MAXO-Z 40/0,5-12 PN6/10 is an intelligent circulation pump designed to optimize performance and reliability in heating, air conditioning, and industrial systems. Design and functionality

The pump features a wet rotor design, eliminating the risk of the impeller being blocked by contaminants. The housing made of stainless steel and the impeller made of polypropylene (PP-GF) guarantee corrosion resistance and long service life. The built-in motor speed controller allows for smooth performance regulation, adapting it to changing operating conditions. Equipped with a color graphic display, it facilitates configuration and monitoring of operating parameters.

The pump offers a wide range of operating modes, including constant temperature, constant temperature difference, and demand-dependent control. Intelligent adaptive algorithms (Dynamic Adapt plus) automatically optimize pump performance, ensuring maximum energy efficiency. Additionally, the automatic venting function simplifies start-up and minimizes the risk of installation problems.

Communication and integration with intelligent systems

The built-in Bluetooth interface enables wireless configuration and remote monitoring of the pump using a mobile application. Optional communication modules (RS-485, analog signals 0-10V/4-20mA) are also available, allowing integration of the pump with building automation systems (BMS) and remote control of its operation.
