The Wilo-Varios PICO-STG 25/1-8-180 is an electronically controlled circulation pump designed for heating, air conditioning, solar and geothermal installations. Maintenance-free, with a wet-rotor design and threaded connections, it is a versatile solution for both new and modernized systems. The ECM technology synchronous motor provides high energy efficiency and resistance to blocked-rotor current.

Design and functionality

The pump is equipped with built-in performance control, allowing stepless adjustment to the needs of the installation. The ability to choose between different operating modes – constant differential pressure, variable differential pressure or constant speed – allows for optimization of operation depending on the system characteristics. Additionally, the pump supports PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal, enabling integration with heat pumps or solar installations. The Sync function simplifies pump replacement, and the manual programming mode allows adaptation of the operating characteristics to the specifics of the installation.
