Wilo-Stratos MAXO 30/0,5-10 PN10 is an intelligent, glandless circulation pump with an EC motor and built-in electronic performance adjustment. Designed for use in various systems – from domestic heating installations, through air conditioning, to industrial cooling and circulation circuits. Its design and functionality ensure optimal efficiency and energy saving.

Construction and characteristic features

The pump is made of high-quality cast iron (GG 20), which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. It is equipped with an EC motor, which is characterized by high energy efficiency (EEI index at level 0.2). Thanks to this, Stratos MAXO minimizes energy consumption, translating into lower operating costs. The built-in motor speed controller allows for precise adjustment of the pump performance to the current system needs. Additionally, the pump has a motor protection with an electronic trip device.

Functionality and application

Stratos MAXO offers a wide range of automatic functions, such as constant temperature (T-const.), constant temperature difference (dT-const.), adaptive flow control (dp-c) and the ability to operate in dual pump systems – both in on/off mode and in standby mode. Communication is via RS-485 and Bluetooth interfaces, enabling easy connection to mobile devices and networks. A potential-free switching contact expands the possibilities of integration with BMS systems. The pump is adapted to work with hot water, cold water and mixtures of water and glycol in the temperature range from -10°C to 110°C. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar and the maximum head is 10.21 meters.
