The TH-35 (DIN) rail-mounted switching power supply with 100W power and 12V DC output voltage is a technologically advanced device from the EXTA ZTM series by ZAMEL. It is characterized by a compact design and high stability of operating parameters.

The device is designed as a modular switching power supply with the ability to adjust the output voltage using a built-in ADJ potentiometer. The use of electronics with a transistor switching converter achieves higher efficiency than traditional transformer power supplies while maintaining compact dimensions of only 7 × 5.8 × 9 cm and a weight of 280 grams.

The power supply operates with an input voltage of 230V AC and delivers a stabilized constant voltage of 12V DC with a maximum output power of 100W. The design ensures galvanic separation between the power grid and the low-voltage installation via a separating transformer, which guarantees user safety.

Safety and protection functions

The ZTM-100/12 model is equipped with comprehensive protections, including short-circuit protection and immunity to interference from the electrical grid. The device is also characterized by resistance to short-term voltage drops, ensuring the continuity of operation for connected receivers.

An LED diode signals the power module's ON status, allowing for easy monitoring of the device's state. The design meets the requirements of protection class II and overvoltage category II, and the IP20 protection rating protects against contact with live parts.
