Double elbow for air distribution systems

This is a double elbow CK 300 H 90° from Zehnder, dedicated to the OnFloor air distribution systems. It is used to change the direction of ventilation ducts by 90 degrees, ensuring smooth airflow in the installation. Made of polyethylene (PE) with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, it is characterized by durability and resistance to damage.

The elbow is equipped with push-fit connections, which simplifies and speeds up installation – simply push the ducts into the appropriate connectors. Factory-installed seals guarantee a tight connection, minimizing the risk of air loss and ensuring optimal system performance. The possibility of embedding in concrete provides additional flexibility during installation, allowing adaptation to various construction conditions.

Construction and installation:

The molded elbow made of plastic is lightweight yet durable. The working length of the connections is 175 mm, and the insert length is 40 mm. The nominal channel width is 326 mm, and the height is 70 mm – these dimensions are crucial when selecting the appropriate elbow for a specific installation. The production method "Other" indicates a specialized manufacturing technology ensuring high precision and product quality. The equivalent channel diameter is 160 mm.
