Balancing valve for precise flow regulation

The DN25 balancing valve from the FIG.221 series is a reliable solution for precise flow regulation in heating, cooling and industrial installations. Made of high-quality brass (CuZn36Pb2As), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for use with glycol, industrial water and other neutral media, it finds application in both domestic and industrial installations.

This valve is characterized by a high degree of tightness (class A according to EN – 12266-1), which minimizes the risk of leaks and ensures efficient system operation. Precise flow regulation is achieved with an ergonomic handwheel with a clear adjustment scale, allowing for accurate setting of the desired flow rate. This makes it possible to optimally balance the installation and ensure thermal comfort in every room.

Construction and application

The valve construction is based on a solid body, mushroom and stem made of brass CuZn36Pb2As, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. A polyamide (PA) seal ensures the tightness and reliability of the connections. Two measuring ports allow for monitoring the pressure difference, which is particularly important when precisely balancing the installation. The valve has an internal metric thread on both side 1 and 2 (diameter 41mm).
