This check valve, with a nominal diameter of DN150, is a key element of the installation, ensuring that the medium flows in only one direction. Construction and materials

The valve is made of high-quality grey cast iron (EN GJL-250), additionally protected with an epoxy coating – this ensures corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh conditions. The closing element and guide are made of ductile cast iron (EN GJS-400-14), which increases their mechanical strength. The mushroom seal made of EPDM guarantees tightness and reliable operation. The spring made of stainless steel AISI302 ensures precise and smooth closing.

Application and operating parameters

The valve is designed for mounting between Pn10/16 flanges, which facilitates its integration with existing infrastructure. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar, and the operating temperature range is -10°C to +80°C. This makes the valve suitable for a wide range of industrial and municipal applications.
