Flanged ball valve DN80 is a robust solution for demanding industrial installations and beyond. Made of cast iron GG 25, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The construction with flanges drilled according to EN 1092-2 standard facilitates installation and integration with existing systems.

Construction and application

This valve is widely used in industrial water installations – both cold and hot – as well as in compressed air, district heating and air conditioning networks. Thanks to its high sealing class (A according to EN 12266-1), it minimizes the risk of leaks, which is crucial in critical applications. The compact design allows for installation in places with limited space.

The valve is adapted to work with various media, including glycol and clean industrial water. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar, and the operating temperature is up to 150°C. The mounting length compliant with EN 558 series 14 (DN 15-150) ensures compatibility with existing pipeline systems.

Materials and design features

A key element of the valve is the ball made of AISI 304 (1.4301) material, providing corrosion and abrasion resistance. The PTFE ball seal guarantees tightness, and the EPDM gland and stem seals ensure reliability in various working conditions. The body made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) is characterized by high mechanical strength and pressure resistance. The stem made of stainless steel X20Cr13 (1.4021) further increases the durability of the device.

A version with a PZH certificate is available on special request, making it suitable for applications in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
