Gate valve with GLO Fig. 215 DN150 PN16, grey cast iron EN-GJL-250, execution: 01, stem-to-disc connection - disconnectable - screw, stem, disc and body ring - stainless steel 215A150C01
Zetkama zGLO type 215 shut-off valve is a reliable solution for cutting off the flow of medium in various installations. Made of high-quality grey cast iron EN-GJL-250, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. This model, with a nominal diameter of DN150 and a pressure class of PN16, is designed to work with water, steam, compressed air, oil, glycol and glycerin.
The valve's construction is designed for easy installation and minimal maintenance. The stem-to-mushroom connection is detachable – realized with a screw – and key internal elements, such as the stem, mushroom and body ring, are made of stainless steel, guaranteeing long-term tightness and resistance to aggressive media. Therefore, the valve meets the requirements of pressure directive 97/23/EC and has CE marking for DN 32.
The valve is characterized by a high degree of tightness (class A according to EN 12266-1) and has undergone rigorous tests and studies in accordance with EN 12266-1. The flanges are drilled according to EN 1092-2 for material A, and the installation length meets the requirements of EN 558-1 series 1. Importantly for designers – the valve's technical data is available in popular libraries of calculation programs such as Instal-therm, Instal-san, Audytor C.O. 3.8 and Audytor H2O 1.5.
- Versatility of application: ideal for hot water, cold water and cooling installations, steam installations and in industrial technologies, heating and energy industries.
- Durability and reliability: the combination of a cast iron body with stainless steel elements ensures a long service life even in difficult operating conditions.
- High tightness: tightness class A guarantees minimal medium losses and installation safety.
- Compliance with standards: meets the requirements of pressure directive 97/23/EC and has CE marking.
- Ease of integration: availability of data in calculation program libraries facilitates the design of heating and sanitary systems.
The maximum operating temperature of the valve is +300°C and the maximum working pressure is 16 bar (PN16). The valve is controlled by a handwheel, which ensures ease of operation and precise cutting off of the medium flow.
