Jokari - Insulation Strippers Series

Welcome to the Jokari insulation strippers series, a complete lineup of hand tools designed specifically for professional electricians and installers. This collection covers every common cable type you will encounter on the job, from fine control wires to heavy-duty power cables and flat network lines. Each tool in this series is built to strip insulation cleanly and quickly, saving you time and reducing the risk of damaging the copper core inside. Whether you are wiring a residential panel or installing data networks, Jokari provides a dedicated hand tool that matches your exact cable size and job requirements.

Precision and Efficiency for Every Cable Size

Jokari strippers are engineered to handle a wide range of cross-sections with consistent accuracy. The automatic ergonomic pliers make short work of small wires from 0.2 to 6 mm², requiring just a simple squeeze to cut and peel the jacket. For thicker power cables, the Jokari 6-16 and Uni-Plus models deliver reliable stripping up to 16 mm². If you need a quick, no-fuss solution, the Allrounder and Secura strippers use a fixed cutting depth that guarantees clean results every time. The 15 Secura model adds a built-in safety stop to prevent over-stripping, protecting both the conductor and your hands during repetitive tasks.

Ergonomic Design and Long-Lasting Durability

Daily cable stripping can cause hand fatigue and wrist strain, which is why Jokari focuses on comfort and rugged construction. The ergonomic pliers feature soft, non-slip handles that fit naturally in your grip, allowing you to work longer without discomfort. Many models in this series are treated with a titanium nitride coating, a hard, wear-resistant layer that keeps the cutting blades sharp and resists rust and corrosion. This durable finish ensures your tools stay reliable through years of daily use on construction sites, in tight electrical cabinets, and in harsh workshop environments. The secure locking mechanisms and balanced weight distribution make every strip smooth and controlled.

Specialized Tools for Flat and Round Cables

Standard round cables are not the only ones you will strip. Jokari offers dedicated strippers for flat cables, including the Flat Cable and 14 Flat Cable models, which are shaped to match the profile of network and data cables without crushing the inner wires. For larger round sheaths, the universal cable jacket stripper handles diameters from 8 to 13 mm, making it ideal for common multi-core cables like NYM 3x1.5 to 5x2.5 mm². The Sensor Mini model adds an intelligent cutting depth adjustment for delicate wires, ensuring you never nick the copper core. With this focused range, you can tackle any cable type without switching tools or compromising on quality.

Choosing the right insulation stripper means choosing tools that keep up with your workflow. The Jokari series combines smart engineering with practical design, giving electricians a reliable set of hand tools for every cable job.
