The LG THERMA V series is a complete line of air source heat pumps designed for modern residential and light commercial heating and domestic hot water needs. Built for reliability and high efficiency, this series covers split, monobloc, and hydro-split configurations. Whether you are working with 1-phase 230V or 3-phase 400V power, you will find the right capacity and setup for any project.

Split System Flexibility

The split models separate the compressor and heat exchanger into outdoor and indoor units. This makes installation easier in tight spaces and reduces noise inside the building. You can choose from 4 kW to 9 kW single-phase units. Many indoor units come with a built-in 200-liter domestic hot water tank, or you can pair them with a separate Hydrobox. All split units run on eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and are designed for quick commissioning.

Monobloc and Hydro-Split Solutions

For faster installation and fewer refrigerant lines, the monobloc and hydro-split models keep the refrigerant circuit fully sealed in the outdoor unit. The indoor unit only handles water, which means no gas handling is required on site. Available in 7 kW to 16 kW, these systems work with 1-phase or 3-phase power. Pair them with a Hydrobox or Controlbox for smart water management, or select complete kits with stainless steel heat exchangers and 200L to 300L tanks.

Installer-Friendly Features

Every unit in the THERMA V series is built with the installer in mind. The R290 and R32 refrigerants offer high efficiency with lower environmental impact. Stainless steel heat exchangers with large coil surfaces improve heat transfer and reduce scaling. The modular design allows you to mix and match outdoor compressors with indoor Hydroboxes, Controlboxes, or integrated DHW tanks. Clear wiring diagrams and standardized connections cut down on setup time.
