How does a fire system expander work?
The fire expander is an element of the early detection and extinguishing system. These are extinguishing systems consisting of compatible smoke and elevated temperature detectors, sound alarms, water supply lines from a hydrant and automatic emergency service notification systems. Such systems are installed in industrial halls, shopping malls, chemical plants, transshipment warehouses and server rooms. They are also increasingly used in large office buildings and similar places, where numerous computer equipment emits heat and burdens electrical cables. Fires caused by short circuits develop quickly and are difficult to extinguish, hence the need for early detection and automatic activation of extinguishing systems. How does the expander protect in the event of a fire?

In addition, fire is associated with an increase in temperature in the installations, and the expander equalizes the temperature difference between the conduits and the cold water taken in. That is why an efficient expander ensures the efficient operation of the fire protection system and allows for effective extinguishing, even before the fire brigade arrives.
