What is the KAN-therm ultraLINE system?
KAN-therm ultraLINE is based on a free configuration of three types of pipes and fittings made of PPSU and brass, ending with a symmetrical, sliding sleeve. In practice, the universality and multifunctionality of the system result from the use of various types of pipes, such as PERTAL2 with an aluminum layer, PEXC and PERT2 with an EVOH layer, as well as fittings of the same construction and a sliding sleeve made of PVDF material.
Standardly, the system should be installed at positive temperatures. Remember also that to make connections in the KAN-therm ultraLINE system, we recommend using original KAN-therm tools (hand or battery-powered), which ensure easy, safe and failure-free installation.
Tools with a guarantee of reliable installation of the KAN-therm ultraLINE system
The KAN-therm tool set is based on a battery press and a flaring tool, additionally equipped with replaceable heads and forks adapted to the entire range of system diameters. The installer can also perform the assembly using standard electric presses used for radial crimping. This option is realized thanks to a special adapter of the KAN-therm ultraLINE system and a "PRESS" type press.
Any configuration of systems
It is worth noting the possibility of simultaneous connection of individual KAN-therm systems. We have introduced a practical solution in the form of an ultraLINE/PUSH transition connector/coupler, which allows for a smooth transition from one system to another without the use of screw connections.
The connection obtained in this way is considered inseparable, so it can be safely hidden in concrete. In a set with a brass connector, which allows the connection of elements of the KAN-therm PUSH and ultraLINE systems, as well as two sliding sleeves of appropriate diameters.
KAN-therm systems have laboratory-proven durability of over 50 years. Correct installation and maintenance are the basis for the operation of KAN-therm systems for many years.
